'Tsantilis Art' Gallery presents 'Gold Pavements', a solo exhibition by acclaimed visual artist Aggeliki Simeonidi.
Aggeliki Simeonidi studied Fine Arts at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She also took Etching lessons with X. Sahinis and History of Art lessons with the accredited historian E. Mavromatis. Since 1999, she has been a Painting teacher and International Association of Art member.
Her works can be found in many private collections in Greece and abroad. She has participated in many group and solo exhibitions.
Drawing inspiration from close-up shots of sidewalks, the artist developed a series of small engravings, in which she sought to recreate the impression of abstract lines and the arbitrary corrosion of concrete matter.
